Squeeze Page Mastery - 90% Conversions
Writing squeeze pages are much different than writing sales pages. Squeeze pages simply are written with one purpose in mind – to have interested visitors exchange their email address for your information.
Today, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to elicit the exchange. Visitors are becoming less and less trusting. So, your squeeze page techniques, free gifts or offers must be getting exponentially better to overcome the mistrust factor.
1) You MUST have something valuable your visitor (target audience) wants! This can be a special report on a topic of interest, a piece of topic related software, or other desirable source of information to your target audience.
2) You MUST communicate (primarily through your words) extreme value to facilitate the email address exchange.
3) List the benefits of your product. Now, benefits are a perception by your prospect of what it will do for them.
4) Tie your benefits in with the hot button triggers:
· security
· sex
· power
· immortality
· wealth
· happiness
· safety
· health
· recognition
· love
· curiosity (This is my favorite and works very very well with my target audience.)
5) List your prospects’ pain felt without your product.
6) Create your headline. I’ve read estimates that your headline has about 3-7 seconds to capture your readers attention and move them to the subheadline. So, bear that in mind.
7) Subhead or short paragraph– Use your products biggest benefit to solve their biggest problem.
Follow with a strong call to action on your “Submit” button. (Don’t use Submit! Use something like “Send Me Your Secrets!” or “Okay, I’m Sitting Down … Blow Me Away!” Write your button call to action in context with the other parts of your squeeze page.
